OFFICE OF THE ADDITIONAL DISTRICT & SESSIONS JUDGE I, KHAIRPUR

Subject:         CONVICTION WARRANT

             WHEREAS, on this 17   March, 2026 the acused Syed Wafa Hussain Shah s/o Syed Madah Hussain Shah is convicted under section 265-H (ii) Cr.P.C and sentenced as under:

a.      For the conviction under Section 279 PPC, accused is sentenced to undergo Simple Imprisonment for a period of (01) Year and to pay a fine of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only). In default of payment of fine, he shall further undergo Simple Imprisonment for a period of ten (10) days with benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C (if applied).

b.      For the conviction under Section 322 PPC (Qatl-bis-Sabab), to pay Diyat in shape of 30630 grams silver or its equal value as notified by the Federal Government u/s 323 PPC for the fiscal year 2023-24 (date of accident) at the rate of Rs.6,757,902/- (Rupees sixty seven lac fifty seven thousand, nine hundred and two only)

c.       The convict may pay the Diyat in a lump sum or in installments spreading over a period of three years from the date of this judgment.

                      The convict has failed to make payment of diyat as of today, hence he is taken into custody and remanded to Jail for want of payment of diyat amount as mentioned above. He shall be kept in jail and imprisoned in the same manner as if sentenced to simple imprisonment until the Diyat is paid in full

            This is to authorize and require to you the District Jail, Khairpur to receive the accused/writ/ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law.
