He is convicted under section 265-H (ii) Cr.P.C for offence u/s 6,9 (1)(3)(c) Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 1997 and sentenced to suffer RI for 11 years and to pay fine Rs.200,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred Thousand Only) and in default thereof, he shall suffer S.I for 03 months more
