SUBJECT:- RELEASE WRIT.
Whereas, this Court on 16.03.2026 has ordered to keep the above mentioned case in abeyance against accused Sarwar S/o Bahadur Chandio till appearance of complainant and material P.Ws. It was further ordered that the accused shall be released subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.300,000/- (three lac rupees) each and P.R bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court the required surety has been furnished on behalf of accused by one Adnan Ali S/o Muhammad Sulleman Mallah R/o Hafiz Arz Muhammad Taluka Dadu.
You are therefore, required to release the accused Sarwar S/o Bahadur Chandio in the aforementioned case/crime if he is not required any other case and crime after causing PR bond from accused in the sum of Rs. 300,000/- that he shall attend the court as and when summoned.
