                     Whereas, on receipt of bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the parties have ordered to release the applicants/accused namely Umair Ahmed S/o Muhammad Yousif & Shah Zaman S/o Muhammad Ayoob Both by caste Bangulzai on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.40,000/- (forty thousand rupees) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court in the above case/crime.

                    And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Muhammad Yousif S/o Noor Khan Bangulzai R/o Rekhi Muhalla Mastong Balouchistan.

                   You are, therefore, directed to release the applicants/accused Umair Ahmed S/o Muhammad Yousif & Shah Zaman S/o Muhammad Ayoob Both by caste Bangulzai from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if they are no more required to be detained in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from them in the sum of Rs.40,000/- each and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicants/accused be directed to attend trial Court.
