Whereas, on receipt of Bail Application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by Advocate on behalf of below named applicants/accused, before the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad for grant of post-arrest bail, in the below mentioned case and crime, after hearing the learned Advocate for applicants/accused and ADPP for the State, the Honourable High Court of Sindh has ordered that the applicants/accused be admitted bail subject to providing two surities of Rs.200,000/-(Rupees two lac) each for every crime, which they they have been charged to the satisfaction of the learned trial court.
And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused to the satisfaction of this Court, which is accepted.
You are, therefore directed to release the below named applicant/accused, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R Bond in sum of Rs.200,000/-(Rupees two lac) each and submit such P.R Bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend this court on 27.03.2026.
