WHEREAS, the below named applicant/accused in the above noted case and crime is confined at jail.
AND WHEREAS, a Criminal Bail Application No.S-108/2026 was granted by the Hon’ble High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad vide Order dated 02.3.2026 to the below named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case and crime number.
AND WHEREAS, in compliance of Order passed by the Hon’ble High Court the applicant/accused has furnishing his solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred Thousands Only) with P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the below named applicant/ accused forthwith, if, he is not required in any other case after obtaining P.R bond for appearance before trial Court and continue to appear and return this writ duly executed to this Court within 03 days after receipt whereof and direct him to appear before this Court on 26.03.2026 at 08:30 AM without fail.
