SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED HASSAN @ DENGUE S/O MUHAMMAD ASHRAF IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.787/2026, (HASSAN @ DENGUE VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.108/2025 OF P/STATION CITY, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 25 SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused HASSAN @ DENGUE S/O MUHAMMAD ASHRAF and upon hearing Mr.Asmatullah Malik, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Syed Sajid Qutub Ali Shah, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one RAEES AHMED S/O ABDUL GHAFFAR has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused HASSAN @ DENGUE S/O MUHAMMAD ASHRAF from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before this/trial Court on the date of hearing viz.25.3.2026 at 08:30a.m positively until final disposal of case.
