Whereas the applicant of accused Waseem Ali s/o Shoukat Ali Bukejo, who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section U/S 23(I)A SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of advocate for the applicant/accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 30,000/-(Thirty thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.

                                    You are, hereby, directed and authorized to release the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the sum of of Rs. 30,000/-(Thirty thousand only)  for appearance before concerned court.
