Whereas, the below cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Dado alias Wadan son of Ghous Bux by caste Shaikh and upon hearing Mr. Muhammad Ali Napar , Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro, ADPP for the State , this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing two solvent sureties in the sum of Rs. 500,000/- each with P.R bond of the same amount.
And whereas the required sureties have been furnished and 1. Gul Muhammad son of Nawab Shaikh and 2. Muhammad Shareef son of Muneer Ahmed Shaikh have stood surety for accused named above.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Dado alias Wadan son of Ghous Bux by caste Shaikh from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs. 500,000/- each for his appearance before this Court on 01.4.2026 at 8:30 am and until final disposal of the case.
