SUBJECT:-   RELEASE WRIT
                       
                   Whereas, this Court on 16.03.2026 ordered to keep the above mentioned case in abeyance against accused Wazeer S/o Haji Muhammad Chandio till appearance of material P.Ws. It was further ordered that the accused shall be released subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One lac rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
                  And whereas, on Soonharo S/o Muhammad Idrees R/o village Siyal Taluka & District Dadu has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- on behalf of accused.  
             You are therefore, required to release, the accused Wazeer S/o Haji Muhammad Chandio in the aforementioned case/crime, if he is not required to be detained in any other custody case/crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and he be directed to appear before this Court as and when summoned.
