Whereas, the Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Muhammad Moosa son of Muhammad Sharif by caste Rajput and Hon’able High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur has been pleased to allow bail application to the said accused against the solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Yaseen son of Muhammad Moosa Bhatti stood surety for accused named above
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Muhammad Moosa son of Muhammad Sharif by caste Rajput from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8:30 am and until final disposal of the case.
