                        Whereas, the Honourable High Court  of Sindh Circuit Court, Hyderabad has granted bail to the applicant/accused below named in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lac only), with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court in Criminal Bail Application No. S-929/2025 (Re-Shahzad Nabi Vs The State) in above crime / case vide Sessions Case No. 712/2025 Re-The State Vs Shahzad Nabi).

                        And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/- in this Court.

                        You are hereby directed to release the below named applicant/accused forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case pending against him in any other Court, after obtaining the P.R bond for appearance before this Court on the date of hearing viz. 16.04.2026 at 08:30 A.M and continue to appear till the final decision of the case and return this writ duly executed to this court
