Whereas, accused namely 1.Javed S/o Wariyam by Caste Ghejo, 2.Mour S/o Ali Muhammad Ghejo, 3.Zain Ali S/o Imam Dino by Caste Soomro are confined in your custody in the above mentioned case/crime. This Court has granted them bail and the accused have furnished the surety in the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand only) each, of the accused, which has been accepted by this Court.
Therefore, you are directed to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if they are no more required in any other case/crime after causing his P.R bond in sum of Rs.5,000/- each, total Rs.15,000/- for their appearance before this Court on the date of hearing viz. 23.04.2025 at 8:30 a.m, without fail. Such copy of P.R bond be sent to this court within two days.
