Whereas, the above named applicant/accused who was sent to your custody under the remand warrant of the learned Civil Judge & J.M Garhi Khairo to face the pending trial Under Section 9 (i) 3,G CNS Act before this Court presented an application for releasing him on bail before the Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Larkana Court through Mr. Sharjeel Sattar Bhatti Advocate and where upon hearing Mr Ali Anwar Kandhro, Additional Prosecutor General for the state this court has ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:1,00,000/- and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
