Whereas the applicant of accused Saleem @ Saleem Ali s/o Shorab @ Shorab Khan By caste Luhar, who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 302, 460, 457, 380, 511 PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of advocate for the applicant/accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Hundred Thousand only), and P.R bond in the like amount. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.
