Whereas in the below mentioned case/crime, the learned counsel for the below named accused filed bail application before this Court which was allowed subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND RUPEES ONLY ) and P.R Bond In the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide order dated 02.10.2025, as accused has furnished required surety, which is accepted today.
