Whereas in the below mentioned case/crime, the learned counsel for the below named accused persons filed bail application before this Court which was allowed to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- ( Fifity Thousand Each ) and P.R Bond In the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide order dated 16.04.2026, as accused have furnished required sureties, which are accepted today.
You are hereby directed to release the below named accused persions forthwith from your custody, if they are not required in any other case/crime, with direction to below named accused person to appear before this court on the date of hearing viz: 07.05.2026 at 8.30 am. The P.R Bond to be obtained and submit the same before this Court on or before the date of hearing without fail.
