And whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing of Mr. Tufail Ahmed Advocate for the said applicant/accused and DPG for the State, has ordered that the Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur below named applicant/accused be released on bail on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousnds) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.
