Whereas, the applicant(s)/accused namely Mouj Ali @ Inamullah S/O Bagan Khan, Abdul Rasheed S/O Mouj Ali and Nooral S/O Jhangal Khan All B/C Shambani involved in above reference case was sent to your jail for want of fresh surety which has been filed.

You are therefore, directed to release them forthwith if they are no more required in any other case and obtain P.R bond of Rs.30,000/- each for their appearance before this Court on 13.05.2026 at 08:30 A.M & send the same and certify the execution of the release writ within three days.
