Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Ghulam Qadir son of Noor Muhammad by caste Brohi, vide B.A order dated: 24.04.2026 Crl. B.A No.452 of 2026 titled Ghulam Qadir Brohi vs. The State for the offence punishable under section 324, 114, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.04/2026 of Police Station Warrah, in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (rupees two lac) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before trial Court positively.
