Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Saffar @ Zaffar son of Jurial by caste Chandio, vide B.A order dated: 24.04.2026 Crl. B.A No.503 of 2026 titled Saffar @ Zaffar Chandio vs. The State for the offence punishable under section 399, 402, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.98/2026 of Police Station Kamber city, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before trial Court positively.
