Whereas, applicants/accused namely, (01) Saeed Ahmed (02) Ajab Ali (03) Zaffar @ Imran all three sons of Ahmed and (04) Zain-ul-Abdeen @ Zahid son of Rahimdil all by caste Shaikh, they are already confined in your jail custody in the above crime and this court has been granted bail to applicants/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each (Rupees fifty thousand) each and P.R bond to the satisfaction of this court. The required furnished furnished by the applicants/accused which has been accepted and One deponent namely Saindad son of Muhammad Bux by caste Shaikh r/o Village Mubarak Chachar taluka Pano Akil District Sukkur, has stood surety for applicants/accused named above in the sum of Rs:50,000/- each( Rupees fifty thousand) each & P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if they are no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking his P.R bonds in the like amount with directions to appear before learned trial Court without fail.
