Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Akhtar Ali son of Roshan Ali by caste Choliyani, vide B.A order dated: 19.03.2026 Crl. B.A No.335 of 2026 filed in Sessions Case No.402/2025 titled State versus Imdad Choliyani & others for the offence punishable under section 452, 324, 337-Ai, Lii, Hii, 114, 147, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.106/2025 of Police Station Warrah, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before this court on 07.05.2026 at 08-30 am positively.
