Whereas, applicant/accused namely, Saeed Khan son of Anwar by caste Shar, they are already confined in your jail custody in the above crime and this court has been granted bail to applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- only (Rupees thirty thousand)only and P.R bond to the satisfaction of this court. The required furnished furnished by the applicants/accused which has been accepted and One deponent namely Mai Bhana wife of Maroof by caste Shar r/o village Muhari taluka Daharki District Ghotki, has stood surety for applicant/accused named above in the sum of Rs:30,000/- each( Rupees thirty thousand) only & P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if he is no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking his P.R bonds in the like amount with directions to appear before learned trial Court without fail.
