Whereas, bail has been granted vide order dated:23.04.2026 to applicant/accused Sanaullah s/o Dilshad Mengal Brohi, by this Court in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court, in Criminal B.A.No.481/2026 Re- Sanaullah Mengal Brahui v/s State for offence under section 4 & 8 of the Sindh Gutka and Mainpuri Act, 2019 arising out of Crime No.21/2026 of P.S Qubo Saeed Khan.
The required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted.
