Whereas, accused namely Allah Ditto @ Dittal s/o Mehboob Ali, by caste Ghoto, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred sections, has been granted bail by this court subject to furnishing of solvent surety in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this court. One deponent namely Hazaro Khan s/o Sabal Khan, by caste Ghtoo, r/o village Panju Bagh, Taluka Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if he is no more required in some other custody case/crime.
