Subject:         RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.

      whereas the below  named applicants/ accused was remanded to to your jail by the civil court of Pir Jo- goth. Now criminal bail application has filed by applicants/ accused  before Honourale District and Sessions Court Khaiprur same received to this court by way of transfer for disposal according to law and upon hearing Mr. Shafique Ahmed Mangi  advocate for appicant  and ADPP for the state, this court has passed order that above named applicants/ accused be released on bail furnishing of surety in the sume of Rs. 50,000/=  each and P.R bond in the like amount to satisfaction of this Court..
               You are therefore hereby required to release the above named applicants/ accused forthwith unless he is no more required by you in any other case/ crime for your custody and after causing his P.R bond in the summ of R. 50,000/= each and be executed for his/ their appearance to trial court on 5-5-2026  8.30 a.m and thereafter directed by this court from time to time certify execution if this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court.
