Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.

                        Whereas, accused namely (1)Nebahoo @ Nabi Bux s/o Mithoo, by caste Lolai, and (2)Abdul Majeed s/o Muhammad Moosa, by caste Khoso,  (in remand name of accused is Nebahoo @ Nabi Bux s/o Mithoo Lolai, is written as  (1)Nibahoo @ Nabi Bux s/o Mitho Lolai) whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred sections, has been granted bail by this court subject to furnishing of solvent surety in the sum of Rs:30,000/- (Thirty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this court. One deponent namely Muhammad Siddique s/o Khuda Bux, by caste Khoso, r/o village Balach Khan Khoso, Taluka Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.

                        You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if he/they is/are no more required in some other custody case/crime.
