Whereas, in the above mentioned case after filing the bail application on behalf of applicants/accused person and upon hearing counsel for the applicant/accused and SPP for the ANF , this court has been granted bail of the accused in the sum of Rs 1,000,000/- each (one million rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
You are therefore, required to release the said accused named below from your custody forthwith, if they accused are no more required in some other case/crime, after causing P.R bond to be executed in the equal amount Rs 1,000,000/- (in words one million rupees) for his appearance before this Court on 14.05.2026.
