Whereas above named accused have submitted application provisionally surety of accused namely 1. Piyar Ali son of Muhammad Haroon, & 2. Muhammad Tanveer S/o Muhammad Juman, same application has been allowed, in the sum of Rs:50,000/- each with P.R. bond in the like amount, surety namely Ghulam Mustafa Maher son of Allah Dino, has furnished the required surety before this Court on behalf of accused, which has been accepted.
