Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.     

                         Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by advocate on behalf of above named applicants/accused before this Court in the instant case and crime & after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused & ADPP for the State this Court has ordered that applicants/accused 1.Mir Hassan son of Gul Muhammad Mari, 2.Muhammad Ibrahim son of Ameer Bux Mari, be admitted on bail on their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each (fifty thousand each) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
                        And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicants /accused furnished one Inayatullah son of Essa Khan Magsi r/o village Mir Hassan Taluka & District Jhall Magsi, is present and stood surety for above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each (fifty thousand each) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of t his Court.
                     You are therefore directed to release the applicants/accused 1.Mir Hassan son of Gul Muhammad Mari, 2.Muhammad Ibrahim son of Ameer Bux Mari, from your jail custody at once if they are no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- eachin the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicants/accused along with this writ. The applicants/accused be bound down and directed to appear before trial court to face his trial in the below mentioned case & Crime.
