Azizullah son of Jan Muhammad Kursi Jatoi, who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 302, 337-H2, 148, 149, ppc and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of advocate for the applicant/accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 1, 00,000/- (ONE LAC ONLY), and P.R bond in the like amount.
