Whereas, accused namely Osama s/o Raja Wilayat Ali by caste Golo, has been granted bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur vide Cr. Bail Appl: No. D-88/2026, in the above case/crime subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- only (one lac ) and P.R bond in the like amount. Surety/Deponent namely Muhammad Shahban s/o Ghulam Haider by caste Golo, has appeared and furnished required surety, which has been provisionally accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if, they are no more required in other custody case/crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- (one lac) only with directions him to appear before trial Court, without fail.
