Whereas, applicant/accused namely, Mushtaque alias Mushtaque Ahmed son of Jehan Khan by caste Bozdar, who is already confined in your jail custody in the above crime and this court has ordered that the proceedings in present case are stopped without order of acquittal and conviction and case file will be kept in Abeyance. Appearance of the accused persons discharged and ordered for release after furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Two lac) only. The required furnished furnished by the applicant/accused which has been accepted and One deponent namely Abdul Hafeez son of Jehan Khan by caste Bozdar r/o village Ochi Dari Taluka Mirpur Mathelo District Ghotki, has stood surety for applicant/accused named above in the sum of Rs:200,000/- only ( Rupees two lac) only & P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if he is no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking his P.R bond in the like amount with directions to appear before this court as and when required by the court without fail.
