Whereas, the above named accused has been remanded to your Jail by the court of II. Civil Judge and J.M Khairpur, thereafter case has been received to this court by way of transfer through Honourable District and Sessions Court Khairpur the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Abdul Hafeez Phulpoto Advocate for applicant /accused and ADPP for the state, this court has ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs 30,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount and whereas the said applicant/accused named above have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
