Note: It is further clarified that in the remand letter dated 25.11.2025 issued by this Court, Sections 365-B, 511, 337-A(i), 337-F(i), and 504 PPC were inadvertently mentioned, whereas the actual offence involved in the present case is under Section 489-F PPC, as reflected in the F.I.R. as well as the challan. Therefore, the release order has rightly been issued under Section 489-F PPC. This clarification is accordingly being issued through this letter.
