Whereas, applicant/accused namely, Ahmed Ali son of Dadoo by caste Shar r/o Village Noor Muhammad taluka and District Ghotki, who is already confined in your jail custody in the above crime and this court has been granted bail to applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- only (Rupees one lac) only and P.R bond to the satisfaction of this court. The required furnished furnished by the applicant/accused which has been accepted and One deponent namely Hamadullah son of Abdul Karim by caste Dayo r/o village Dring Chahar taluka and District Ghotki, has stood surety for applicants/accused named above in the sum of Rs:100,000/- each( Rupees one lac) only & P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
