Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.     

                     Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by advocate on behalf of above named applicant/accused before this Court in the instant case and crime & after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused & ADPP for the State this Court has ordered that applicant/accused Sadam Hussain son of Hidayatullah Chandio, be admitted on bail on their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand only) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                     And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicant /accused furnished one Mazhar Hussain son of Muhamamd Ramzan Arain r/o village Nooruddin Taluka Dadu, is present and stood surety for above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand only) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of t his Court.

                    You are therefore directed to release the applicant/accused Sadam Hussain son of Hidayatullah Chandio, from your jail custody at once if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicant/accused along with this writ. The applicant/accused be bound down and directed to appear before trial court to face his trial in the below mentioned case & Crime.
