Whereas the applicant of accused Imtiaz alias Ibrahim s/o Razal by caste Junejo, who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 302, 148, 149, 114, 337-H(2) PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of advocate for the applicant/accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (one lac only), and P.R bond in the like amount. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.
