Whereas, accused person / applicant named mentioned in below table has filed bail application through his counsel before Hon’ble High Court of Sindh wherein Hon’ble High Court passed order in Criminal Bail Application No. 1053/2026 and allowed bail on 04-05-2026 against the sum of Rs.100,000/- only with P.R bond in the like amount. The above named accused was remanded by the Judicial Magistrate/Trial Court, Karachi West.
You are hereby directed to release the below named in table accused / applicant forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/custody mater under intimation to this Court, after causing personal bond recognizance of Rs. 100,000/- only to be the executed by the said accused before the superintendent of the above jail and to certify execution by endorsement on the back of the writ of the release, you are also required to direct the accused to appear before this Court on 12-5-2026.
