Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by advocate on behalf of above named applicant/accused before this Court in the instant case and crime & after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused & ADPP for the State this Court has ordered that applicant/accused Sajjad son of Sikander Bhatti/Khokhar be admitted on bail on their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand only) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicant /accused furnished one Kamran Ali son of Asghar Bhatti r/o House No.A/1028 Mastoi Muhalla Dadu District Dadu, is present and stood surety for above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand only) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of t his Court.
You are therefore directed to release the applicant/accused Sajjad son of Sikander Bhatti/Khokhar, from your jail custody at once if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicant/accused along with this writ. The applicant/accused be bound down and directed to appear before trial court to face his trial in the below mentioned case & Crime.
