And whereas the required surety has been furnished by the surety of accused person.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused (1) TASARULLAH S/O SALIWAN (2) SHER KHAN S/O TASARULLAH from your custody forthwith if they are not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) and P.R bond each in the like amount for his appearance before trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
