Whereas today i.e. 11th day of May, 2026, this Court has convicted accused Waheed Ali u/s 265 H(2) C.r.P.C. and sentenced for an offence punishable u/s 25 Sindh Arms Act, 2013 to undergo for the period which he has already served in the jail as the UTP. He is also directed to pay fine amount of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand rupees)/- In case of non-payment whereof, the accused shall suffer three months S.I. The above named accused has been produced in custody from Central Prison, Hyderabad through video link, hence judgment pronounced. The Superintendent Central Prison and Correctional Facility, Hyderabad is directed to return the conviction warrant to this court with an endorsement under his hand certifying the manner in which the sentence has been executed.
2. further, the certified to be true copy of the judgement is sent to you for the supplying to the convict against a receipt so also conviction slip is sent for getting L.T.I. of the convict and return to this Court for placing on the record.
