Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT IN SESSIONS CASE NO: 221 OF 2022, THE STATE VERSUS WAHEED ALI LAGHARI U/S 302 PPC, IN CRIME NO: 03/2022 OF POLICE STATION PABJO.
Whereas today i.e. 11th day of May, 2026, this Court has convicted accused Waheed Ali u/s 265 H(2) C.r.P.C. and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life u/s 302 (b) as Tazir. He is also directed to pay Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lac) as com pensation of the LRs of the deceased U/s 544-A Cr. P.C. In case of failure in payment of compensation amount, he will have to suffer S.I. for six months more. The compensation if unpaid shall be recoverable as arrears of land revenue. Record shows that he remained in jail being the UTP w.e.f. 14.02.2022, hence, benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C is extended to him. The above named accused has been produced in custody from Central Prison, Hyderabad through video link, hence judgment pronounced with direction to serve out the above sentence awarded to him. The Superintendent Central Prison and Correctional Facility, Hyderabad is directed to return the conviction warrant to this court with an endorsement under his hand certifying the manner in which the sentence has been executed.
2. further, the certified to be true copy of the judgement is sent to you for the supplying to the convict against a receipt so also conviction slip is sent for getting L.T.I. of the convict and return to this Court for placing on the record.
