WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicants/accused has filed bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in crime No.09/2026, under sections 324,504,34 PPC of Police Station Chelhar before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Mirpurkhas and after hearing the advocate for applicants/accused and Assistant Prosecutor General Sindh for the state, Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas has granted bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) each and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicants/accused have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
