          WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicants/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.26/2026 08 of The Sindh Prohibition of Preparation, Manufacturing Storage, Sale & Use of Gutka, Mainpuri Act 2019 of P.S Nangarparkar and this court after hearing the advocate for applicants/accused and ADPP for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with P.R bond in the like amount.

           And whereas the above named applicants/accused have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. 

          You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other case by any other court, after causing their P.R bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with direction to appear before trial Court and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing their signature within two days to this court for record.
