Whereas, the below named accused remanded to your jail under the warrant before 1st JM Khairpur convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state, this court has ordered that the below named applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30000/- and P.R bond in the like amount and whereas the said appellant/accused named below his/have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
