Whereas, accused 01.Nouman @ Nomi s/o Naeem, Shaikh, 02.Rashid s/o Meer Muhammad and 03.Imran Ali s/o Muhammad Bux are confined in your jail custody in connection with the above cited case pending trial before this Court.
And whereas, application u/Section 345(2) Cr.PC and application u/Section 345(6) Cr.PC were moved jointly by accused and complainant/L.Rs of deceased for acceptance of compromise and after hearing their advocates and learned DDPP for the State this Court has allowed the said applications and acquitted accused of the charge.
