Subject: RELEASE ORDER IN BAIL APPLICATION

Whereas, the accused person(s)/applicant(s), whose names are mentioned in the table below, filed a bail application through their counsel, and this Court was pleased to allow bail subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- along with a P.R. bond in the like amount. However, a true copy of the order passed in Cr. Misc. Application No. 184/2026 by the Honourable District & Sessions Judge, Karachi West, has been received, whereby the surety amount has been reduced from Rs. 100,000/- to Rs. 50,000/-. The accused person(s) was/were remanded by the Judicial Magistrate/Trial Court, Karachi West.

You are hereby directed to release the accused person(s)/applicant(s), whose names are mentioned in the table below, forthwith, if he/she/they is/are not required in any other case or custody matter, under intimation to this Court, after obtaining personal recognizance bonds of the bail amount to be executed by the said accused person(s)/applicant(s) before you, being the Superintendent of the aforesaid jail.

You are further directed to certify the execution by endorsement on the back of this writ and return the writ duly endorsed, together with the recognizance, within two days from the receipt of this release order. You are also required to direct the accused person(s)/applicant(s) to appear before the concerned Court as and when required.
