WHEREAS, this Court has received letter No.4603 dated:12.05.2026 of the Additional Registrar, the Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Mirpurkhas, in Cr.Bail Application No.S-111 of 2025, Abdul Majeed vs the State,, CRIME NO.309/2025, U/S 489-A, 489-B,489-C, 489-D PPC OF PS Tando Adam City.
Wherein, advocate for above named accused has filed bail application u/s: 497-Cr.P.C before the Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Mirpurkhas, after hearing bail Application has been granted to accused above named, in the above mentioned case/crime, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- (one lac) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court. The required surety has been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if he is not required in any other case by any other Court. The P.R bond, of the accused is sent herewith, and returns the same after obtaining the signature/LTI on it. The accused be directed to appear before trial court on next date of hearing.
